God is still in the business of miracles.

He may not have parted a sea lately. Or fed a crowd of thousands with a young boy’s lunch.

At least not that we know of.

But the same God who showed up big in all those stories of old is still working today.

A door opened. A prayer answered. A life changed.

The miracles and wonders of God are everywhere we look.

They can be difficult to see when you’re surrounded by trouble. They can get overshadowed by a seemingly endless onslaught of bad news.

But they’re still there. And they’re still just as powerful now as they were thousands of years ago.

Maybe you could use a miracle of your own right now. Or just a little reminder that He still has it all under control.

This collection of scriptures highlights the God who turns impossible into reality.

They’re proof that nothing is too big for him. They’re evidence that He’s been effortlessly performing miracles and wonders since before the beginning of time.

And they’re a reminder that very same power lives within each and every one of us.

Verses about the miracles and wonders of God

He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted.

Job 5:9 NLT

Remember the wonders he has performed, his miracles, and the rulings he has given.

Psalms 105:5 NLT

He alone is your God, the only one who is worthy of your praise, the one who has done these mighty miracles that you have seen with your own eyes.

Deuteronomy 10:21 NLT

You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.

Psalms 77:14 NIV

And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”

Mark 7:37 ESV

Jesus also did many other things. If they were all written down, I suppose the whole world could not contain the books that would be written.

John 21:25 NLT

Verses about God’s power in you

“I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.”

John 14:12 NLT

He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

Matthew 17:20 NIV

Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.”

Matthew 21:21-22 NLT

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
